MichaelSANGSTER - (TAIN)Mike passed away peacefully, with his beloved wife, Marie, devoted daughter, Rachel and loving sister Pamela, by his side, on Monday 22nd June 2026, aged 66 years.
He was a much loved son of the late James & Gena and big brother of the late Colin, loving stepdad of Craig and Ian, adored 'Granda Mike' of Josh, Kayla, Callie, Payton and Tommy, a cherished uncle, nephew, cousin and a good friend to many.
Mike will be forever remembered as a long-standing golf coach at Tain Golf Club. He shared his passion for the game with many young and old players.
A celebration of Mike's life will be held at Inverness Crematorium on Wednesday 15th July 2026, commencing at 11.15 a.m. All family and friends respectfully invited.
Family flowers only, but a donation, if desired, can be made at the service or online for Tain Golf Club Junior Section and Tain District Nurses.
